The day I discovered Eccos

The day I discovered Ecco shoes was a great day, especially for my feet.  I'd been limping about with an untreated ingrown toenail and all my shoes were hurting me.  Like a twit, it took me ages before I went to  see the specialist and got the toenail removed.  In the meantime I had to find shoes that didn't pinch, weren't too tight and had soft leather uppers.  I found that just about all the shoes available from UK ranges at the time were not right for my feet.  This was not just due to the untreated toenail.  It has something to do with my feet and the bone in my feet, which is I think a thick bone (yeah, I know).  Not just a 'wide-fitting' problem because all the wide-fitting shoes I tried didn't help either.  It wasn't until I put  on my first Eccos in the Covent Garden London store that I finally found relief.  It was Eccos from then on for me.  Soft leather uppers that just seemed to stretch to fit the shape of the foot pretty much instantly.  Once you try Eccos you never look  back.  And I'm not even an Ecco affiliate yet!  Love 'em.

I also found out that Eccos have an army of international followers and believers.  People who are into Eccos notice that you are wearing them too.  You can have some great conversations with complete strangers about Eccos and there's almost always a story about how only Eccos did the trick for that individual's particular foot challenge
